Company Profile

King and Associates is based on Long Island, NY. In July, 2004, we expanded and moved into our new and larger office building. Our Company employs highly trained professionals who conduct financial statement audits, business valuation services, personal retirement planning, business succession/merger planning, reviews and compilations, income and sales tax planning and compliance, and tax audit representation throughout the United States.

Our Company successfully completed peer review and has been accepted by the AICPA Peer Review Program. Many financial lending institutions and agencies expect and may require its borrower's accountants and auditors to have successfully completed peer review.
